Requirements:

* Holds Bachelor degree with min. 3 years work experience as Plant Manager in Manufacture company.
* Minimum 30 years of age
* Experienced in whole Plant/ Factory process (General Affair, Production, industrial relationship, ect)
* Must have the ability to interact in office and field environments
* Strong leadership & interpersonal skills, analytical, honest, hardworking and pro-active
* Mature and assertive personality
* High level of accountability and responsibility, able to work under minimum supervision and under pressure
* Preferably living in around Depok or South Jakarta.
